Do I need to be technical to use this?

No — that's the whole point of our service. We set it up; you receive the leads. If you want to edit the knowledge base later, the console has a simple form-based editor (no JSON, no code). If you'd rather we keep editing it for you, that's part of the monthly support too.

How much does it cost?

Setup is a one-time fee depending on scope (typically RM 600-1,500 — quote at the discovery call). The ObieChat platform subscription is RM 100/month for 200 conversations, with the first month included in our setup. Top-ups are RM 10 per 100 credits (minimum RM 20, with a 10% bonus on RM 100+ packs) if you ever need more.

Is this just a WhatsApp button on my site?

No, it's a real AI assistant. Visitors can ask anything; the bot answers from your knowledge base (real prices, real services, real hours). It also captures the visitor's WhatsApp BEFORE answering pricing questions, so leads reach you even when visitors don't think to message you. WhatsApp is the lead-handoff channel, not the primary chat.
