What size of business do you work with?
Mostly small businesses and SMEs across KL & Selangor — from a few staff up to around fifty. If you rely on computers daily but can't justify full-time IT, you're a great fit.
How quickly can you respond if something breaks?
Same business day for support-plan clients, and as fast as possible for everyone else. Many issues are resolved remotely within the hour.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Support plans are monthly with no long lock-in. We'd rather keep your business by consistently doing good work.
How do you bill your time?
Simply and transparently — time is billed in 15-minute blocks, so you only ever pay for the time a job genuinely takes, never a quick fix rounded up to a full hour. On-site visits carry a 1-hour minimum, since travelling to you takes real time; remote support has no minimum. The same applies whether you're on a Business Care plan or calling us on-demand.
